Sending documents to carriers
There are a few different ways to send documents to carriers. The first is to send them at the time of submission, using the ‘attach documents’ screen.
You can also send documents to an individual carrier by expanding the submission after it has been sent out and clicking in the ‘send documents’ button on the lower left-hand corner. Please make sure you are looking at the correct carrier in this instance.
Documents can also be sent to all carriers that a submission was sent to, after the fact, by clicking on ‘submission options’ to the top right of each submission, and then ‘send documents to all carriers.’
Finally, you can upload document directly to a submission by clicking on the submission, then ‘documents’ and ‘upload documents.’ You will need to tag each document that you upload.
