How to attach and send documents.

Once  you receive  an email notification for a submission,  click on ‘view submission.’ This will open the submission in the
Internet of Insurance™(IOI).

You must be signed in to ensure the agency can communicate directly with you.

Towards the bottom of the page, you'll see a container titled "Documents by Carrier." To the right of this title, is the upload documents button. Click on the grey with blue text button to upload documents. 

Once you've selected a file, you'll need to add a tag to your document to upload it. You can then proceed to click the blue upload button on the bottom right.
